As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering high-quality food and beverage service while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system or OpenTable, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, checking in with guests to ensure their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Assist with food preparation as needed while adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
• Process payments accurately using cash registers, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service during peak hours, demonstrating excellent time management skills.

Experience:

• Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems such as Aloha POS or OpenTable is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
