We are now seeking a dynamic and creative Sales & Marketing Associate to help grow our business, drive engagement, and build strong relationships with our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Relations

• Conduct live sales events (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to showcase products

• Assist walk-in or virtual clients with purchases and styling advice

• Manage inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, and email

• Develop a personalized shopping experience for clients

Marketing & Branding

• Create engaging content (photos, videos, captions) for social media

• Develop and implement promotional campaigns and seasonal offers

• Collaborate on marketing strategies for product launches and events

• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)

E-commerce & Operations

• Update inventory and product listings online

• Support order processing and fulfillment

• Track customer preferences and trends for marketing insights

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about South Asian fashion and cultural aesthetics

• Confident on camera for live events and client interactions

• Strong knowledge of social media trends and tools

• Self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in fashion retail, marketing, or customer service is a plus

• Urdu or Hindi language proficiency is a bonus
