Provide telephone, receptionist, and clerical support for Redwood Street and South Street Buildings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Efficiently and courteously receive and direct incoming calls and direct visitors at both locations
Provide information (directions, hours of operation, etc.) to callers
Provide accurate and timely data entry and other clerical tasks utilizing corporate software and hardware (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.)
Provide clerical support to the organization including but not limited to purchasing, distributing and ordering of parking passes, sorting and categorizing incoming and outgoing mail, etc.
Call vendors for maintenance of office equipment
Offer clerical assignments as directed
Fill in for security
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum one year clerical and customer service experience
