Accounting Manager Jobs in IT By Design, Inc. Iselin, NJ

Responsibilities:

• Responsible of Reviewing the details of accounts payable, account receivable & general accounting process.
• Responsible of Keeping Cashflow Healthy by staying focus on collections of AR in earliest possible.
• Play a liaison role between Leadership Team, CX Team and Internal accounting team to prevent revenue leaks and increase the cashflow.
• Responsible for AR functions such as Cash/Credit Postings and monthly reconciliation of AR & AP.
• Provide active support during month end closing process.
• Perform various Reconciliation such as Bank Reconciliation, Intercompany reconciliations, balance sheet accounts reconciliation on monthly and quarterly basis.
• Handle and ensure the accuracy of all payroll and benefits related journal entries.
• Bi-Weekly Payroll Processing, payroll accounting and W-2 reconciliation
• Work with external auditors in providing required details.
• Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts.
• Assist in preparing the month end closing report/other reports as and when required by the management
  
  

Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree with experience in quick books 
• Must have a minimum of five years with SMB experience
• Working knowledge of US GAAP
• Onsite working 3 days a week in New Jersey Office
