Position Overview:
As an HR Recruiter Trainee, you’ll receive full training and hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT and non-IT roles. If you have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Work on multiple job requirements across different technologies.
- Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess communication and basic fit.
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records in the ATS.
- Collaborate with the internal team to fulfill client requirements quickly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (HR, Business, or related preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Strong interest in recruitment, staffing, or HR functions.
- Ability to work from our Iselin, NJ office full-time (100% onsite).
- Energetic, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- No prior experience needed — training will be provided to the right candidate.
