Data Engineer Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled developer to join our team and help us build cutting-edge applications by leveraging data, AI, and Generative AI (GenAI). This role focuses on integrating AI capabilities into our compliance platform, enabling faster and smarter decision-making.

?? Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a robust, scalable big data insights platform to drive AI-assisted process automation and deliver actionable insights.
Build solutions that combine Generative AI techniques with rich data to deliver best-in-class automation and user experiences.
Design and implement batch and near real-time data pipelines using Spark, Flink, and BigQuery.
Develop efficient data models across relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, Druid, BigQuery, HBase).
Leverage cloud-native technologies to build secure and high-performing backend platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and solutions.
Lead feature/component design reviews and act as the go-to expert for assigned components.
Participate in architecture discussions, contributing innovative solutions to platform and product evolution.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and foster a culture of technical excellence.

??? Major Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Framework (or equivalent).
Expertise in REST API design, development, and integration.
Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, HBase, DynamoDB, etc.).
Solid understanding of systems design and scalable architectures.
Experience with cloud platforms & cloud-native applications.
Familiarity with AI development tools and frameworks.
Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Spark, Flink, Splunk, etc.).
