Bookkeeper Job Description

Stable and reputable company is seeking to hire an experienced bookkeeper for their team. Great opportunity for a better work life balance and family friendly culture. This is a temporary role to fill in for a leave.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable- Invoice customers, follow up on past dues. Process deposits
  • Accounts Payable-Key invoices, code to appropriate customer. Reconcile employee credit cards
  • Payroll-Ensure accuracy of time sheets, Submit Payroll
  • Financials- Prepare weekly financial for leadership

Job Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of bookkeeping
  • Experienced within QuickbBooks
  • Degree a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to prepare work honestly and with integrity.
  • Ability to work well under deadlines with an understanding of the balance between efficiency and quality.
  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude.
