 Job Responsibilities:

•  Sales: Overseeing sales, setting targets, and making suggestions to improve sales performance
•  Client relationships: Building and maintaining long-term positive relationships with clients.

•  New business: Developing new business from existing clients and seeking new sales opportunities.
•  Sales reports: Preparing sales reports.
•  Client experience: Liaising with internal teams to improve the client experience.
•   Campaign management: Devising campaign ideas and managing their execution.
•  Customer feedback: Reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

 Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven 3+ years’ experience as a sales account manager or sales account executive.
• Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial services.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
