Job Responsibilities: 

• Client Acquisition:  Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement effective business development strategies. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to find potential growth opportunities.
• Proposal Development: Create engaging proposals and presentations that are suited to the requirements of prospective clients. Work closely with the firm's subject matter experts to ensure that all customer requirements are met.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and changes in the business landscape. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and anticipate client needs.
• Networking and Events: Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and networking activities. Develop a strong professional network in the business community to increase the firm's visibility.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including partners, accountants, and other business development professionals, to maximize knowledge and meet company objectives. 

Job Specifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven 3+ years’ experience.
