Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Tableau Developer to join our dynamic Data Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Tableau. You will work closely with business stakeholders and data engineers to deliver data visualizations and actionable insights that drive business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dashboard & Report Development: Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports, ensuring that they meet the business requirements and are user-friendly.

• Data Integration: Work with data sources like SQL, Excel, and other database systems to integrate and prepare data for visualization.

• Data Analysis & Visualization: Apply advanced data analysis techniques and transform complex data into intuitive and actionable visualizations.

• Performance Optimization: Improve dashboard performance by optimizing queries, workbooks, and data models.

• Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers to gather requirements, provide insights, and deliver end-to-end BI solutions.

• Maintain Data Quality: Ensure that the data being presented is accurate and consistent by implementing validation checks and data reconciliation processes.

• Documentation & Training: Document Tableau workbooks, data sources, and processes; provide training and support to business users as needed.

• Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest Tableau features, best practices, and industry trends.
