We are a dynamic and expanding CPA firm looking for an experienced and detail-driven Bookkeeper to manage bookkeeping functions across multiple client accounts. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and has a passion for accurate financial management.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily financial records for multiple clients, including transaction recording and general ledger upkeep
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts regularly to ensure accuracy
• Process payroll for clients, ensuring timely and compliant payroll tax handling
• Manage client books using QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Xero
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client bookkeeping needs
• Maintain organized and compliant financial records
• Provide basic financial analysis to support client budgeting and cash flow management
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve internal bookkeeping workflows

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a multi-client environment
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Xero required
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial recordkeeping
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards for accuracy
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
