Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings 
• Develop and maintain filing system 
• Plan meetings and take detailed notes 
• Update and maintain office policies, procedures, and processes 
• Point of contact between vendors and managers supporting the various HR functions of the organization 
• Performs other duties as required 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize 
• Attention to detail 
• Strong organization skills 
• Problem solving skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication 
• Translations skills English to Spanish a plus 
• Valid CDL for running documents between sites, meeting preparation materials, lunches 

Qualifications

• High school degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary a plus 
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint) 
• Valid CDL
