Job Summary:

We are looking for a Mid-Level Backend Developer with 2–5 years of experience to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems for modern web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in backend frameworks, RESTful API development, databases, and cloud services, with a deep understanding of software design principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend services using technologies such as Java (Spring Boot) or .NET Core.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to support frontend applications and external integrations.
Optimize application performance through profiling, code optimization, and efficient data access patterns.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) for data modeling, query optimization, and transactions.
Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data handling in line with best practices.
Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and QA teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of high-quality solutions.
Participate in code reviews, ensure code quality, and follow clean code and SOLID principles.
Integrate with cloud services and manage backend deployments in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and staging environments.
Contribute to technical documentation, system design discussions, and architecture decisions.
