Job Summary:

We are looking for a Backend Developer with 1–3 years of experience to support the design, development, and maintenance of server-side applications and APIs. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of backend programming languages, database systems, and API development. This role involves working closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business and technical requirements to design and implement backend solutions.
Develop, test, and maintain server-side applications using languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or .NET.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support frontend and integration needs.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across backend components.
Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices in backend systems.
Write unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
Document backend logic, API specifications, and system architecture.
Continuously learn and apply best practices in backend development, frameworks, and deployment tools.
