Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our sales team. This individual will be responsible for engaging directly with potential customers at their homes and businesses, introducing them to our HVAC solutions, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Knock on doors in residential and commercial neighborhoods across NYC.

• Encourage and educate potential customers to choose our HVAC services for installation, maintenance, and repair.

• Promote seasonal offers, service plans, and energy-efficient upgrades.

• Generate and qualify leads, then schedule appointments for consultations.

• Build customer confidence by clearly explaining benefits and cost savings.

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activities.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience (door-to-door or field sales experience preferred).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling across NYC neighborhoods.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.
