Responsibilities Include:

• Running errands grocery runs, lunch pick-up, airport runs, shipping, supply fulfillment.
• Facilities: taking out the trash, light cleaning, dishwasher unloading, filling candy dispensers, making coffee, greeting guests, stocking bathrooms, and working with our commercial cleaners to make sure office cleaning meets the required standard.
• Researching/Booking travel Everything from airlines, rental cars, hotels, airport parking, dinner reservations, and everything in between.
• Event planning booking volunteer activities and team builders, planning and coordinating lunches, holiday parties, annual meetings, etc.
• Troubleshooting everything if a printer doesn't work, you figure it out. If Cox internet and phones are not working right, you figure it out. If an employee's computer is not working, you take it to Mac. If a computer is not backing up, you figure it out.
• This job will require attention to detail.
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service or administrative experience
• Must possess a high school or equivalency diploma
• One year prior office experience preferred
• Valid Drivers License
  
  

Salary:

• $16-$18/hour depending on experience
