Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative at Construction Interior Products, Inc in Houston, TX. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying sales opportunities. The Inside Sales Representative will also work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction, achieve sales targets, and maintain a high level of communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or construction related background.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is a plus
