As a Customer Service/Billing Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions and handling billing processes. This position requires attention to detail, computer literacy, and a professional demeanor. On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all billing for customers
• Invoice to third-party websites
• Follow up with warehouses and documentation
• Ensure required documentation is complete and compliant with regulations and standards
• Interact with customers via phone and email to place orders and answer any questions or needs
• Communicate with purchasing to ensure inventory levels and pricing are accurate
• Assist the sales force with any customer or product information they may need while they are out on the road
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Outstanding phone skills
• Two years of customer service experience preferred
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
