Job Description:

• Supervising initiatives in parallel from a Software development standpoint to ensure applications are engaged in correct processes resulting in stable, quality deliverables.
• Develops, enhances, tests, supports, maintains and debugs software applications that support business units or support functions.

• Hands on coding
• Java, J2EE, Angular, Design Patterns, Spring boot, Kafka, Openshift/Kubernetes, Micro-services experience

• Hands on working experience to develop the mission critical, large scale, high volume enterprise & distributed applications by using Java/J2EE.
• Strong understanding of OO design and having strong programming skills with Java Knowledge of using one or multiple J2EE application servers.
• Strong experience on Java development of RESTful Services using the Spring Framework, Spring Boot and SOAP Webservices.
• Experience with Apache Kafka for online data publishing and consuming.

As a key member of our IT Software team, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and managing Java-based applications. Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
• Prepare and produce releases of software components

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $190,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 2-9 years of experience in Java Development
• Valid Work Visa, US Citizen, Green Card, EAD / TN, H4, L2 visa status
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Skills

• Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and RESTful
• Experience with popular web application frameworks, such as Play and Spark
