Daily management duties to include but not limited to:

• Maintaining and creating all Front of House service and bar staff standards in a Positive work environment. Hiring, Training, and Scheduling hosts, servers, and bar staff for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service in a busy restaurant and hotel setting.
• Input on creating new menus, specials, bar menus, and features within our company guidelines.
• Self motivated and passion for the industry a plus.
• 2-5 years of high volume sit down service a plus.
• Proven track record of maintaining industry leading food and beverage standards.
  
  

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
