Full Time Customer Service Representative Jobs in SageSure Jersey City, NJ

SageSure Insurance Managers is looking for a driven and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative II. After a thorough training program, you'll be the go-to contact for policy and billing inquiries, supporting producers and underwriters via phone, email, and live chat. This role also involves resolving policyholder concerns and collaborating with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to billing and payment questions from producers and policyholders
• Support quoting, endorsements, and policy updates
• Manage customer communications via multiple channels (calls, email, chat)
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and minimal supervision
• Collaborate across teams and contribute to special projects
• Assist and mentor team members as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in personal lines insurance or call center environment
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally
• Must hold a 4-40 Customer Representative License

Preferred:

• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Strong attention to detail and initiative
• Eager to learn and grow within the company
