 As a Sales Associate, you are the key connection between our store and the customer. 

• Assist customers from initial greeting to final purchase.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and ensure a positive experience.
• Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive retail environment.
• Foster lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly, knowledgeable manner.
• Understand and recommend products based on customer needs (furniture, outdoor gear, etc.).
• Meet or exceed personal and store-wide sales goals.
• Assist with financing, deliveries, and scheduling as needed.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and attend regular sales trainings.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure store presentation standards are met.
• Collaborate with fellow team members and contribute to a supportive atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and math skills; POS experience is a plus
• Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and retail holidays
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to stay active throughout your shift
