Retail Sales Associate Job Description

Retail Sales Associates assist customers as they shop within a store. Our Retail Sales Associates must greet customers, answer questions related to the merchandise and store policies and locate items. Retail Sales Associates must keep the sales floor tidy and well-stocked. Directly reports to the Assistant Manager with frequent contact and interaction with the Senior Retail Sales Associates. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
