As Director of Clinical Recruiting, you will collaborate with executive leadership to shape and execute talent acquisition strategies for our rapidly growing clinical team. You’ll oversee a high-performing team of leads and recruiters, drive operational excellence, and ensure we attract and retain top-tier talent who share our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the leadership team to align clinical hiring strategies with company goals.
• Manage and support 3 Leads and a team of 30+ recruiters to meet ambitious hiring targets.
• Deliver weekly reports and data-driven insights to ensure sub-teams are meeting objectives.
• Optimize recruiting processes to reduce time-to-fill and increase conversion rates.
• Lead initiatives to refine clinical competency assessments and improve quality-of-hire.
• Work cross-functionally with Care Strategy, HR, Finance, and other departments to streamline requisition approvals and assignments.
• Champion Charlie Health’s values throughout all recruitment processes.
• Explore and implement innovative sourcing strategies to broaden the talent pipeline.

Qualifications:

• 8–12+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Minimum 5 years leading a recruiting team of 10+ individuals.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and report to executive stakeholders.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.; fluent/native-level English proficiency.
• Strong analytical and data-reporting skills; Excel fluency preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing ATS platforms and recruitment systems.
• Track record of performance accountability and process improvement in high-volume environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, cross-functional, and communication skills.
• Effective project management skills in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
• Able to work a hybrid schedule (4 days/week onsite) within 75 minutes of NYC.
