The LHCSA Home Health Aide Recruiter plays a vital role in building a strong team of certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) for our Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA). This role is key to ensuring patients receive the home-based care they need, through a streamlined, compliant, and supportive recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for HHAs and PCAs, starting after initial screening.
• Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process, including:
• Offers and onboarding paperwork (I-9, background checks, caregiver agreements)
• ID and certificate verification
• Medical documentation review
• Fingerprinting and clearance tracking
• Confirm HHA certifications and work history via the Home Health Aide Registry.
• Prepare and send offer letters
• Manage all three stages: preliminary offer, post-interview, final offer
• Schedule and lead new hire orientation
• Ensure compliance with NYS Department of Health (DOH) regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Achieve weekly and monthly performance goals tied to hiring metrics.

Qualifications:

• Required: Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience (healthcare or high-volume industries preferred).
• Preferred: 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience, especially in home health.

Experience with:

• CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Digital platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Medflyt, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Outlook)
• High attention to detail, strong organization, and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Tech-savvy and able to multitask across systems while maintaining excellent documentation.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
