As Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading daily operations, driving business development, and building a high-performing team aligned with LINK’s Core Values. You will serve as the face of LINK in the Houston market, championing client success, team performance, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship to branch staff (Recruiters, Account Executives, Coordinators, etc.)
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and client-focused culture
- Hire, onboard, and develop top-performing team members
- Monitor KPIs related to order fulfillment, recruiting metrics, employee retention, and payroll accuracy
- Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute a local sales strategy to grow market share and revenue
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships with a consultative, solution-oriented approach
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and referrals
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to align local strategies with organizational goals
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client job orders with qualified talent
- Promote compliance with safety and labor laws across all activities
- Manage branch P&L, ensuring billing accuracy, collection performance, and cost control
- Utilize ATS and CRM systems to maintain operational efficiency and data accuracy
- Community Engagement & Brand Presence
- Represent LINK Staffing at local business events and industry gatherings
- Build strong community partnerships that reinforce LINK’s reputation and value
- Lead local marketing efforts and contribute to brand visibility in the region
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a B2B service industry (staffing, HR solutions, consulting, etc.)
- Demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management
- Experience managing teams in metrics-driven environments
- Prior staffing or recruiting experience strongly preferred
