We are seeking a proactive Salesforce Administrator with 1–3 years of experience to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with user management, workflows, reports, and dashboards, and should ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce across business teams.
Manage daily administration of the Salesforce platform including user accounts, profiles, roles, and security settings.
Configure and maintain workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and page layouts.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business needs.
Perform regular data management tasks (import, export, deduplication, and data integrity checks).
Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.
Document configurations, processes, and best practices.
