Reporting Analyst Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Reporting Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain business reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in SQL, data visualization, and reporting tools, with the ability to provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports to support business needs.
Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (databases, applications, spreadsheets).
Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reports.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Analyze trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
Maintain documentation for reporting processes, metrics, and KPIs.
