Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Functional Business Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder communication, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and use cases.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
Support system configuration, testing, and validation of business solutions.
Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support defect resolution.
Ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance, and best practices.
Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
