We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Part-Time Direct Selling Agent with strong sales experience and a deep understanding of the Indian community's small and medium businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, cultivating long-lasting client relationships, and driving growth in targeted geographic areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Sales & Promotion: Actively promote and sell our products/services to small and medium businesses within the Indian community.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and develop new business leads, maintain existing customer relationships, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Market Engagement: Leverage local market insights in NJ, Chicago, and the Bay Area to effectively target potential clients.
• Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and support teams to implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Reporting: Track sales activities and provide regular updates on performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in direct sales, preferably with a focus on the Indian community and/or SME market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with the local markets in New Jersey, Chicago, and the Bay Area.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
• Ability to work part-time with flexible hours.
• A background in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
