The selected candidate will play a key role in driving our sales and customer service efforts within the financial services sector. Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service, build relationships with customers, and handle customer's inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Perform telemarketing tasks to reach potential customers and inform them about our products and services.
• Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Maintain order at the front desk, managing customer flow and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Participate in stocking merchandise, maintaining a well-organized and presentable store at all times.
• Use excellent decision-making skills to resolve customer issues effectively.

Salary

The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $15.5 - $17. The final rate will be determined based on your qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Must hold a valid work visa.
• Previous experience in the financial services sector or retail/wholesale trade is an advantage.
