We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in requirement gathering, and the ability to work closely with IT teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into system requirements.
Work with development and QA teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements.
Prepare functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
Participate in system testing, UAT, and defect management.
Assist in process improvement initiatives by analyzing existing workflows and recommending changes.
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and project status.
Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and project deliverables.
