We are seeking a motivated Business Data Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to join our analytics and business operations team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in data visualization, and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Gather, analyze, and interpret business data to support decision-making.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver insights.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets to recommend process improvements.
Write SQL queries for data extraction and validation.
Document business requirements, data definitions, and reporting standards.
Support business teams in KPI tracking and performance monitoring.
