Front Desk Agent Job Description

We’re seeking a dependable, service-oriented Overnight Front Desk Agent to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with front desk and reservations experience who enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering outstanding guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee guest check-ins and respond to guest requests
Manage reservation and booking systems
Complete nightly reporting and coordinate shift handovers
Ensure a seamless and satisfying guest experience
Assist with overnight housekeeping requests

Qualifications:

3 years of experience in hotels - must have references
Strong knowledge of front desk and reservation systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable and comfortable working independently during overnight hours
