Your Role:

• Prospect and Sell: Source and secure new commercial accounts by delivering customized insurance solutions.
• Client Success: Provide expert consultation and develop strategic plans to meet client insurance needs.
• Grow and Maintain: Build a strong, profitable book of business while maintaining long-term relationships with clients and carrier partners.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years in commercial property & casualty (P&C) insurance sales with a strong track record of performance.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license required; CPCU or CIC certifications are a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, proven ability to handle complex situations, multitask effectively, and close new business consistently.
