As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll assist customers throughout their shopping experience—from recommending and fitting products to completing purchases using our POS system. A willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, and a passion for outdoor apparel are key to succeeding in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and develop positive customer relationships
• Recommend, locate, and fit outdoor apparel and gear for customers
• Operate POS system accurately and efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, brands, and promotions
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or sales experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with POS software is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
