Sales Associate Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and proactive team member to support our Sales and Marketing department. This role involves assisting with daily operations, customer communication, order processing, and sales data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
Prepare and send estimates; follow up with clients as needed
Receive and input customer orders into our system
Prepare kits and coordinate order fulfillment
Send payment instructions and process incoming payments
Assist with packing and shipping orders; provide tracking updates
Maintain and update customer information in Zoho CRM
Generate and share weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports
Research and identify new lead sources; assist in lead generation
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Willingness to learn Zoho CRM (training provided)
Basic knowledge of SEO (or a willingness to learn)
Excellent communication and organization skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
