We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the café, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages, as well as food items, following established recipes and standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha or Micros to process orders and manage cash/credit transactions
• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and responding to questions or concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary café environment, including equipment, counters, and seating areas
• Support food preparation and assist in restocking supplies and ingredients
• Monitor inventory levels and minimize waste by following proper stock rotation and storage procedures
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy workspace
• Work efficiently during busy hours, managing time and multitasking without sacrificing quality or service
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, team-driven atmosphere

Qualifications:

• Previous barista or café experience is a plus—but a willingness to learn is just as important
• Familiarity with Aloha or Micros POS systems is helpful; training will be provided if needed
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, customer-first attitude
• Basic math skills and comfort handling transactions accurately
• Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of (or interest in learning) food safety and handling best practices
• A passion for coffee, café culture, and hospitality
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated to contribute to a fun, high-performing team
