Job Description: We are looking for a proficient Back End Developer to join our team to train our AI chatbots to code. You will work with the chatbots that we are building in order to measure their progress, as well as write and evaluate code.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Create and maintain backend architecture.
• Develop server-side logic, define and maintain databases, and ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
• Integrate front-end elements into the application.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to design and launch new features.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Salary

For your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range between $110,000 and $125,000 annually. The final package will be determined based on your qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in backend development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Ability to work on Corp-Corp, W2-Permanent, W2-Contract, or 1099-Contract terms.
• Applicant must be a US Citizen, Green Card holder, or H4.

Skills

• Proficiency with Ab Initio, a powerful data processing platform.
• Experience with ASP .Net, a framework for building web apps and services.
• Strong Java skills, one of the most popular programming languages in the world.

Salary
