Job Summary
We are seeking a certified and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach team members on Agile best practices to ensure continuous improvement and successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who fosters collaboration, accountability, and transparency within cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Guide and coach Agile teams on Scrum practices, roles, and values.
Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
Identify and remove impediments to ensure team productivity and efficiency.
Promote continuous improvement and help teams track and improve performance metrics.
Foster a collaborative, self-organizing team environment.
