We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage and enhance our Salesforce platform to ensure it effectively supports business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system configuration, user support, data integrity, and implementing best practices to optimize Salesforce functionality. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and experience in customizing Salesforce to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and configure Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions.
Create and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
Provide day-to-day support to users and resolve issues promptly.
Perform regular data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication to maintain data integrity.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for various business units
