Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored product recommendations using a consultative sales approach

• Qualify and engage leads through structured sales process
• Present product solutions and close deals with professionalism and integrity
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Generate repeat business and referral opportunities
• Provide post-sale support and coordination
• Ensure the showroom is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times
• Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating expert knowledge of product offerings
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, opportunities, and follow-ups using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
• Analyze performance data to improve pipeline management and close rates

Key Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in luxury design, interior design, or high-end furnishings sales
• Proven track record in closing high-value sales and cultivating repeat clients
• Warm, professional, and engaging communication style
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus); strong organizational and follow-up skills
