Jts Inc, a leading player in the Financial Services and Gems & Jewellery sector, is seeking a competent and dynamic Account Assistant to join our team in Parsippany, NJ. If you are detail-oriented, have a keen interest in Accounting and Taxation, and possess a strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Bookkeeping, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Journal entries, this opportunity is for you.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all facets of the company’s Accounting and Taxation functions.
• Perform Bookkeeping, Payroll, General Ledger, and Accounts Payable operations.
• Prepare and post Journal entries on a regular basis.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $15 - $18 per hour. The final offer will be made based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Valid Work Visa, US Citizen, or Green Card.
• Experience in Corp-Corp is a must.

Skills

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other Accounting tools.
• Strong Bookkeeping and Payroll skills.
• Excellent knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Journal entries.
