job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. You will collaborate closely with development, product, and QA teams to enhance test coverage, accelerate release cycles, and maintain application reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.

• Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).

• Implement and maintain automated tests in CI/CD pipelines.

• Conduct root cause analysis of failed tests and ensure timely resolution.

• Adhere to QA best practices, ensuring consistent testing standards across projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Technical Skills:

• Strong scripting/programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.

• Proficiency with automation frameworks/tools: Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, Cypress, or Playwright.

• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Bamboo).

• Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub or other version control systems.
