We are seeking a proactive Salesforce Administrator with 1–3 years of experience to manage, configure, and support our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce administration, user management, and data integrity. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions, ensuring the platform is optimized to support operational and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Salesforce CRM including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, workflows, and automation rules.
Manage data imports, exports, and data integrity across objects using tools like Data Loader and Data Import Wizard.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom objects to support business operations and decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into Salesforce functionality.
Support and troubleshoot user issues, system errors, and data discrepancies.
Maintain system security settings, field-level security, sharing rules, and record-level access.
Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards across the platform.
Provide end-user training, create user guides, and support adoption of Salesforce features.
Work with developers on integrating Salesforce with other platforms or custom features via APIs, Process Builder, or Flow.
Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices, new releases, and emerging features to recommend platform improvements.
