.NET Developer Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, and SQL, and be able to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain web applications using C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.
Work with SQL Server or other relational databases for data storage and queries.
Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC.
Good knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ, and ADO.NET.
Experience with SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers).
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend integration.
Knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
Understanding of version control (Git) and deployment processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.
Knowledge of Blazor, Angular, or React for front-end integration.
Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
