Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level or second-level support for hardware, software, or network issues
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, remote tools, or in-person
Handle tickets using systems like ServiceNow, JIRA, or internal tools
Support Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, VPN, Printers, and other desktop applications
Maintain excellent communication and follow-up with users and teams
Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests
Must-Have Skills:
1–5 years of IT support or technical troubleshooting experience
Hands-on with Active Directory, Office 365, Windows OS, VPN, or ticketing systems
Familiar with remote support tools and networking basics
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in 24x7 or rotational shifts (if required)
Nice to Have:
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
Certifications: A+, ITIL, MCSA, or equivalent
