Account Executive Job Description

SINGH & SINGH Distribution, NJ are looking for full time Accounts Executive. They need someone who can work independently as well as with other office staff to ensure constant workflow.

Duties consist of:

Prepare and update records and database in Quick Books & Excel.
Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of information before it is entered.
Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
Submit timely reports and prepare docs as assigned.
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Assist in administrative support to the logistics, shipping, or transportation.
Paper management.
Multi-tasking
Time management
Take attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have basic to intermediate level of knowledge of Word & Excel.
Must have Basic knowledge of Quick Books.
Office timing 9 to 6 pm., Monday to Friday.
Must have a Legal Status to work in the United States.
