Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps with strong technical skills and leadership qualities to support Comcast’s development teams and GitHub-based embedded workflows. The ideal candidate must have robust hands-on expertise in DevOps tools, scripting, and embedded Linux environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Comcast and partner teams with embedded development tools and GitHub workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GitHub (RDKCentral) workflows and integrations
• Develop/refactor DevOps tools and scripts in Python within an embedded Linux environment
• Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (Pipelines/DSL) and Gerrit
• Apply Git Flow, GitHub Actions, and Yocto build systems effectively
• Document development and support processes
• Interface with the RDKM and Comcast teams on-site in Philadelphia at least 3 days per week

Must-Have Skills:

• 8+ years of DevOps experience
• Strong Python development in DevOps tooling
• Linux shell scripting
• Jenkins pipelines & Gerrit workflows
• GitHub Actions, Git Flow
• Leadership and excellent communication skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Yocto build system
• RDK knowledge (preferred)
• Embedded Linux development experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail
