Business Strategy Analyst

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Strategy Analyst to support organizational decision-making by analyzing business performance, identifying growth opportunities, and recommending strategies that align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry data.
Evaluate business performance using KPIs and financial metrics.
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for business growth.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
Assist in developing short- and long-term business strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
2–5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or strategy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL (preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
